About the Role
As a Lead Senior Associate – Employee Data Management, you’ll ensure consistent HR service delivery by conducting quality audits, monitoring SOP compliance, and collaborating with global teams to enhance HR process efficiency. This role bridges the gap between data accuracy, process governance, and employee experience — making it vital to Deloitte’s HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits of HR administrative processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.
- Review HR workflows, documentation, and data transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor data privacy, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance across global regions.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting
- Evaluate HR service accuracy, turnaround times, and efficiency metrics.
- Prepare detailed quality audit reports with key insights, trends, and improvement recommendations.
- Present performance summaries to program leadership during periodic reviews.
Process Improvement
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend process enhancements.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with process owners to standardize global HR practices.
Training & Development
- Partner with trainers and leads to address performance gaps.
- Contribute to training material updates and promote continuous learning initiatives.
Quality Framework Development
- Assist in building and refining QA frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
- Update and align quality metrics with evolving business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with regional managers and HR operations teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Provide actionable feedback and support to improve overall service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Quality Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in quality assurance, process excellence, or HR shared services.
- Exposure to global HR service delivery or multi-country operations preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong skills in data analysis, root cause identification, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and audit techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
Communication & Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
