Key Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Analyst at Deloitte India, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with team members and clients to develop people-centric transformation strategies.
  • Supporting HR transformation initiatives using frameworks like design thinking and change management methodologies.
  • Creating client-ready deliverables, reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Conducting data analysis, surveys, and research to uncover insights on workforce trends.
  • Assisting in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
