Key Responsibilities
As an Indirect Procurement Analyst at Flex, you will:
- Coordinate with vendors to track and update actual delivery status of materials.
- Ensure timely completion of Open Purchase Order Reports and Shortage Reports for review.
- Manage purchase order adjustments (pull-in, push-out, and cancellation) to meet KPI targets.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels as per site requirements.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers for purchase order changes.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Handle shortage/excess escalation management.
- Follow through on urgent receipts, past due orders, and resolve receiving challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Com / BBA / Diploma (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in Procurement or Supply Chain (freshers may apply).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
