Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Build and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and scripts (JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
- Develop PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and PowerApps Portals.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules for customizations and integrations.
- Design and troubleshoot applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM and automation solutions.
- Apply best practices in cloud development, CI/CD, and system integration.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE customizations, Web API, and SSIS integrations.
- Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, CDS).
- Knowledge of security models, business rules, and workflows in D365.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud architectures.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines, ADF (Azure Data Factory), Power Virtual Agents, Custom Pages.
- Knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and integration patterns.
- Exposure to healthcare, public sector, or enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
- Proven project experience with D365 CRM & Power Platform solutions.
