Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Flex, you will:
- Process invoices in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Identify and resolve discrepant invoices efficiently.
- Perform reporting activities, including generating and updating AP records.
- Pass rectification entries for errors identified by internal Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Perform quality checks on invoices before payment release.
- Create and update Vendor Master Records based on SOPs.
- Provide innovative ideas to improve AP processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- Experience: 0–1 year in Accounting or Accounts Payable domain.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Good analytical abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines in a complex environment.
