Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a repository of packaging machinery across the cluster.
- Analyze machinery performance and classify machines into A, B, and C categories.
- Design and implement planned maintenance strategies for different machine classes.
- Support the engineering team in conducting root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures.
- Monitor and track packaging machine performance for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality teams to identify and resolve machinery-related production issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols around packaging machinery to mitigate risks.

- Strong expertise in packaging machinery operations and maintenance.

Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in packaging machinery management or industrial maintenance.
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA), planned maintenance, and machine performance monitoring.
- Prior exposure to chemical or manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
