Responsibilities

• Apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems using a consultative, hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI model solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models on various data types including text, image, speech, and video.
• Build advanced NLP models for text classification, entity recognition, summarization, topic modeling, semantic search, and reasoning using libraries like Spacy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Develop image recognition and video analysis models with deep learning frameworks and tools such as OpenCV.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline development using Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based data tools.
• Optimize deep learning models to achieve maximum accuracy and business impact.
• Visualize model outcomes and validate results with tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with application teams to deploy AI/ML models on cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth AI model deployment and integration.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through REST APIs and connectors.
• Stay updated on AI trends and write technical white papers or create demonstrable AI assets showcasing impact.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
• Expertise in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries like Spacy.
• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and cloud data pipeline tools.
• Experience deploying models on Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Cloud AI platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, GPU computing, and microservices architecture.
• Skilled in version control using Git and GitHub.
• Ability to quantify and communicate the business value of AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate ideas across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Desirable Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience processing big data using PySpark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, and genetic algorithms.
• Proven ability to operationalize and scale deep learning models in production.
• Understanding of streaming data, robotic process automation (RPA), edge computing, AR/VR technologies.
• Contributions to open-source AI communities or participation in Kaggle competitions are a plus.
• Experience with AI platforms such as IBM Watson, DataRobot, CognitiveScale, or H2O.ai.
