Key Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer at BCG X, you will:
- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from concept to production (data processing, model training, deployment).
- Design and optimize Generative AI workflows:
- Prompt engineering, fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- LLM application development.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, and Mistral.
- Implement AI-driven automation using agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI).
- Leverage cloud AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting and technology teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in AI/ML with proven expertise in Generative AI and LLMs.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Python programming.
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
- Advanced prompt engineering techniques (Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, Self-Consistency).
- Workflow automation and orchestration tools.
- API development with Flask or Django.
- Data & Infrastructure: Familiarity with Databricks, Airflow, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
