Key Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development: Build and deploy AI models and solutions using watsonx platform.
- Proof-of-Concepts (POC): Design and implement 4–6 week POCs to showcase feasibility and effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and project managers to deliver AI projects.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact, addressing client queries and providing AI guidance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Prepare technical documentation, white papers, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on AI, foundation models, large language models (LLMs), NLP, and other emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face.
- Data & ML Libraries: Knowledge of SciKit Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, and other data analytics libraries.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, curious, and proactive in adopting new AI technologies.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in designing and delivering AI solutions, including foundation models and large language models.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
