Key Responsibilities
As an ARCS Consultant at Capgemini, you will:
- Lead requirements gathering and client discussions for reconciliation processes.
- Analyze business requirements and design detailed Oracle ARCS components.
- Mentor development teams in handling complex ARCS implementation challenges.
- Coordinate with clients and drive design approvals and sign-offs.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide assistance during production deployments and post-go-live support.
Skills & Qualifications
- EPM expertise with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations.
- Strong experience in Oracle ARCS solution design and architecture.
- Familiarity with Hyperion ARM (On-Premise).
- In-depth knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
- Strong client coordination, mentoring, and communication skills.
