Asian Paints is looking for an Account Assistant – ESSESS to ensure quality service delivery, team coordination, and customer satisfaction across the assigned area. This role involves managing Colour Consultants, optimizing field operations, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting recruitment and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Delivery
- Ensure quality and timely service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Schedule consumer appointments and Colour Consultant allocations based on geographical spread, availability, and customer needs.
- Ensure availability of all colour tools and equipment in the required quantity and quality with the team.
- Conduct market visits to identify gaps in service delivery and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze CSS (Customer Satisfaction Scores) and NPS to monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action as needed.
- Oversee backend processes including delivery of swatches, invoices, and collections.
- Continuously review and improve service delivery processes.
2. Recruitment, Induction & Team Management
- Assist in recruitment of Colour Consultants and implement induction modules to ensure field readiness.
- Manage admin areas such as salary disbursement, ELC processes, and report submission in coordination with outsourced manpower vendors.
- Keep the team motivated and engaged through formal and informal interactions.
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues affecting Colour Consultants.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain service delivery reports such as UMR and Colour Recommendation reports.
- Maintain backend delivery reports to ensure smooth operations and healthy processes.
- Monitor team performance and compare against monthly objectives.
4. Training & Capability Building
- Provide training and retraining to Colour Consultants.
- Identify resource requirements and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient coordination.
- Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Analytical ability to monitor CSS/NPS scores and operational metrics.
- Ability to train, mentor, and manage a team of Colour Consultants.
- Capable of handling administrative processes and backend operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
