Key Responsibilities
As the IT Manager at BCG Gurgaon, you will:
- Lead IT service operations across office locations.
- Manage a team of IT Specialists and Senior IT Specialists.
- Provide end-user support for staff, executives, and events (meetings, conferences, offsites).
- Oversee IT asset management, lifecycle tracking, servicing, and replacement.
- Maintain risk controls, account access management, and network security.
- Support telecom, AV, and video conferencing systems (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex).
- Handle incident, request, and ticket resolution via ITSM tools, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Collaborate on global and local IT projects to enhance systems and services.
- Manage IT budgets, CapEx planning, and cost optimization.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for junior team members.
- Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders, integrating feedback for better IT outcomes.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience in local IT operations management.
- Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, networking, mobile devices, server administration.
- Expertise with Windows, MacOS, Office Suite, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with SCCM or other imaging software.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, VoIP systems, and ITIL frameworks.
- Strong project management skills including office fitouts/buildouts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, MS Project.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack and Trello.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and infrastructure management.
