✅ Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – Oracle Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java (v8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native microservices on Oracle Cloud or equivalent platforms.
• Drive frontend development using Angular (v2+)/React.js, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Manage database integrations with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
• Containerize apps using Docker and manage deployments via Kubernetes.
• Oversee DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
• Lead Agile/Scrum teams and manage project delivery for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality technical deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.

• Core Backend: Java (8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Frontend: Angular 2+, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• API & Microservices: RESTful API design, Microservices architecture
• Databases: Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• Cloud: Oracle Cloud (preferred), AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Selenium
• Agile: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership: Team management and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications
  • Java Developer Certifications
  • DevOps or Agile-related credentials
• Experience:
  • Working with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • DevOps & infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Performance tuning and application monitoring
  • Leading teams or managing projects
