💼 Role Responsibilities
As a Generative AI Manager at Deloitte, your role will include:
- Designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI models tailored to enterprise needs.
- Leading AI initiatives using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and NLP frameworks.
- Developing intelligent chatbots, virtual agents, and conversational systems.
- Driving innovation in image generation, text generation, and deep learning use cases (CNN, GAN, Transformers).
- Building AI-powered applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI/Flask/Django.
- Managing AI/ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, model training, and performance evaluation.
- Deploying AI systems on cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
- Collaborating across functional teams for solution architecture, client delivery, and technical implementation.
- Staying ahead of AI trends and translating new technology into practical client solutions.
🧪 Skills & Expertise Required
- 7–10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in Python with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Strong background in Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and integration with LLMs for intelligent systems.
- Deep understanding of CNN, GAN, Transformers, Encoder-Decoder architectures.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Skilled in web frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Prior consulting or enterprise AI project leadership experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for ML model deployment.
