🛡️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of IT security infrastructure including network routing, switching, ACLs, VLANs, and port security.
- Operate and maintain security tools such as:
- Firewalls
- VPNs
- Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Network Access Control (NAC)
- DDoS Protection
- Intrusion Detection & Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS)
- Safeguard Hyundai’s entire IT ecosystem — from endpoints to applications and databases.
- Regularly review and update cybersecurity policies in compliance with global standards.
- Develop and manage incident response playbooks (e.g., for phishing, network attacks, data breaches).
- Oversee and coordinate with Hyundai AutoEver India (HAEI) for managed security services.
- Conduct internal and HQ-level IT audits, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure quality delivery from vendors.
🧠 Required Skills & Tools
- Strong expertise in network security operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cisco/Juniper routers & switches
- Firewall and endpoint protection tools
- SIEM and log monitoring platforms
- Proficiency in security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CISSP
- CISM / CISA
- CCNP Security
