💼 Key Responsibilities

As Deputy Manager – Cybersecurity Incident Response at Deloitte India – Mumbai, you will:

• Lead incident response investigations, identifying, analyzing, containing, and remediating cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor and operate SIEM platforms (QRadar, Sentinel) and respond to real-time threats.
• Work with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and guide junior analysts in triage and resolution.
• Analyze security logs, investigate alerts from EDR tools like Crowdstrike and Microsoft Defender.
• Perform digital forensics (disk, memory, cloud) and malware analysis.
• Coordinate across teams and clients to manage breaches, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and improve incident response processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Conduct tabletop simulations and technical incident exercises.
• Document findings and contribute to executive and stakeholder reports.
• Stay updated with threat intelligence and integrate findings into response strategies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

✅ Core Technical Skills:

• 5+ years in cybersecurity incident response, SIEM monitoring, and threat detection.
• Expertise in QRadar, Sentinel, Cortex, Phantom, Demisto, FTK, EnCase.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and Networking.
• Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, cyber kill chain, and forensic methodologies.
• Experience with ITSM tools, log quality reviews, and ticket management.
• Familiarity with malware analysis, attack vectors, and threat hunting techniques.
• Proven ability to lead response efforts in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a consulting, professional services, or MSSP environment preferred.
