💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, your role will involve:
- Leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud, especially OTL and Core HR
- Designing and configuring HR processes in Oracle HCM aligned with client needs
- Conducting workshops, CRPs, UATs, go-lives, and post-implementation support
- Managing business process analysis, solution design, and system improvements
- Customizing pages and personalizing Oracle HCM modules
- Supporting end-users and delivering functional training to HR stakeholders
- Staying current with Oracle updates, new releases, and implementing relevant features
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 6+ full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong command over Core HR functions:
- Org/work structure management
- Position/job management
- Transfers, promotions, salary changes, letters, exits
- In-depth knowledge of OTL (Time and Labor) including:
- Timecard Layouts, Processing Profiles, Approval Workflows
- Experience with Absence Management:
- Plans, types, accrual logic, validations, and workflows
- Customization expertise (e.g., Fast Formulas, Page Personalization)
- Ability to interact with clients and lead stakeholder discussions
- Familiarity with Oracle Journeys, ME, and Grow (preferred)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s) preferred
- Prior consulting experience with large enterprise clients is a plus

- Base Location: Bengaluru (PAN India applicants welcome)
