✅ Responsibilities
As a Lead of Desktop Deployment Services, you will:
- Lead a team of Deployment Managers handling global rollouts.
- Plan and manage enterprise-wide desktop software/policy deployments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Owners & Technical Teams.
- Submit and manage Change Requests in ServiceNow.
- Schedule deployments and define targeting criteria.
- Monitor deployments using tools like MECM.
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and coordinate remediation.
- Share detailed status updates and feedback reports with stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor junior Deployment Managers.
🧠 Key Skills & Competencies
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong stakeholder and team coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with advanced organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, and Nexthink.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Ability to manage global deployment schedules and test cycles.
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in IT Deployment Services or End User Computing.
- Solid understanding of Change Management and Service Management principles.
