As a Technical Sales Advisor at Halliburton Gurgaon, you will:

• Utilize in-depth technical expertise on Production Enhancement PSL products and services to educate customers, business development (BD), and operations teams.
• Support the end-to-end delivery execution of PSL solutions by identifying customer technical needs and geographic challenges.
• Collaborate with BD teams through customer interactions, workshops, and proposal preparation to drive solution up-sell opportunities.
• Advise BD and operations on technical solutions and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Develop strategic plans based on local market insights, customer drivers, and technical challenges.
• Monitor external market trends and coordinate with PSL, regional BD, and tech teams to capture new revenue opportunities.
• Provide feedback to PSL teams on technology gaps and customer needs to influence project priorities.
• Ensure compliance with Halliburton’s quality, health, safety, and environmental policies during all operations.
• Execute country-level tactical plans aligned with management directives.
