🔧 Responsibilities
Engineering Oversight
- Review, monitor, and approve EPC contractor design deliverables related to mechanical and rotating equipment.
- Ensure mechanical engineering standards meet company quality expectations and project requirements.
- Lead development of equipment selection reports and mechanical design concepts.
Project Management & Compliance
- Evaluate technical bids to confirm vendor compliance.
- Address and resolve conflicting design requirements and variation requests.
- Supervise installation audits, FATs, SATs, and commissioning activities.
Team Leadership & Communication
- Mentor internal rotating equipment staff and promote technical excellence.
- Collaborate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting assistance and field support.

- In-depth understanding of rotating equipment systems (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of EPC procedures, vendor packages, and equipment standards.
