💼 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Saviynt Identity Governance solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze IAM requirements.
- Design and implement identity lifecycle management workflows.
- Develop custom connectors and system integrations.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to project planning, estimations, and risk management.
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials.
- Stay current with Saviynt features, industry trends, and IAM best practices.
🛠️ Required Skills & Technologies
- Proficient in Saviynt Identity Platform (2+ years mandatory).
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and frameworks.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IGA).
- Saviynt certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
