ExxonMobil India is hiring a highly skilled Entra ID Engineer to manage and enhance its identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure from its state-of-the-art Bengaluru Global Technology Center. This full-time role involves administering Microsoft Entra ID, implementing Conditional Access Policies (CAPs), and automating cloud identity processes for one of the world’s leading energy companies.

🛠 What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

🔧 Core Entra ID Operations

• Administer user accounts, access groups, and privileged identities in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Create, manage, and revoke access to secure systems and Tier 0 cloud environments (TESSA).
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and provide timely resolution via ServiceNow.

⚙ Automation & Infrastructure

• Develop and maintain API-driven automation for identity deployment using Terraform and PowerShell.
• Integrate on-prem Active Directory with Entra ID cloud services.
• Support privileged access via Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 secure platforms.

📈 Compliance & Auditing

• Conduct periodic IAM audits, CAP reviews, and access control reports.
• Manage and update technical documentation for identity services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and global IAM project support.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

🧑‍💼 Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with:
  • Entra ID / Azure AD
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Terraform infrastructure automation
  • SQL database management
  • Conditional Access Policies (CAPs)
• Strong background in identity lifecycle management and IAM ticket resolution.

⭐ Preferred

• Microsoft SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator certification.
• Knowledge of Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Entra Connect, GSA, and Intune.
• Project management experience with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and secure server environments.
