🚀 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior AWS Consultant in Deloitte’s Engineering team, you will:

• Design and deploy scalable AWS infrastructure solutions across EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and more.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Lead CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including encryption and IAM configurations.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations.
• Set up and manage containerization solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS/EKS.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams for seamless cloud integration.
• Monitor infrastructure performance via AWS CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools.
• Drive incident response, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Document solutions, processes, and deployment strategies for production-grade systems.

🛠️ Required Skills

To thrive in this AWS Senior Consultant role at Deloitte, you’ll need the following:

• Expertise in core AWS services (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Strong experience in DevOps tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild.
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS or EKS.
• Knowledge of security policies, encryption, and AWS best practices.
• Hands-on with monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, or AWS-native solutions.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid consulting environment.

• Base Location: Bengaluru, with opportunities in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad.
