As an OTC Representative at Halliburton Bengaluru, your core duties will include:
- Supporting the Order to Cash (OTC) value stream, including invoicing and sales order management.
- Creating, editing, and validating customer and internal OTC data in ERP systems.
- Processing and managing electronic field tickets (eFT) through submission, approval, and invoicing workflows.
- Tracking and resolving pending cases by following up with relevant stakeholders.
- Managing daily reporting and case aging to ensure timely processing and compliance.
- Supporting month-end and quarter-end closures for financial reporting.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending automation solutions.
- Maintaining clear communication with team members and internal clients.
- Participating in continuous training and development as part of Halliburton’s GBS team.
