This full-time role is ideal for professionals with strong skills in Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Customer & Loyalty analytics within retail, CPG, or e-commerce environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Shell Senior BI Analyst in Bangalore, you will:

• Drive customer insights through Loyalty CRM analytics
• Perform profiling, churn analysis, and category deep dives to boost customer retention
• Design and implement measurement frameworks for CRM initiatives
• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and campaign performance evaluation
• Build reports, dashboards, and storytelling visualizations using Power BI
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders including business SMEs, IT, and data engineering teams
• Transform business problems into analytical questions and actionable outcomes
• Present findings in a structured, data-driven narrative to influence business decisions

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 5–7 years of experience in Retail, Loyalty, or CRM Analytics
• Proficiency in:
  • SQL, Power BI, Power Automate
  • Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Python and Alteryx (preferred)
• Experience in:
  • Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Statistical modeling, including Hypothesis testing, Univariate/Multivariate Analysis
• Ability to:
  • Translate data into compelling business stories
  • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work independently and collaboratively across functions

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in CPG, E-commerce, or Retail sectors preferred
• Prior exposure to customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and ROI optimization
