🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a SAP FICO Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Leading SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live support.
- Managing project teams and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
- Designing and configuring SAP modules: FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
- Providing expert support on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Cost & Profit Center Accounting.
- Implementing GST-compliant processes and financial reporting structures.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to business needs.
- Driving end-to-end testing, documentation, and user training sessions.
- Supporting post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvements.
🛠️ Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FICO module configurations
- Expertise in GST implementation and compliance
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture
- Project management and leadership experience in SAP rollout/upgrade projects
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and team coordination abilities
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields
- Minimum of 6 years of SAP FICO consulting or project management experience
- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments
- SAP certifications are highly preferred
- Willingness to travel (short- and long-term assignments)
