βœ… Key Responsibilities

As a Data Consultant, your role includes supporting live systems, collaborating across teams, and enhancing end-user experience.

  • Provide L2 technical support for issues escalated from L1 teams.
  • Maintain and update tickets within the internal ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners and Developers to prioritize tasks and resolve critical issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and user story refinements.
  • Conduct initial issue analysis in intake meetings with end-users.
  • Collaborate with topic owners and development teams for solution design.
  • Support urgent and priority deployments provided by development teams.
  • Address user access issues and manage system permissions.
  • Partner with external vendors and stakeholders for complex troubleshooting.
  • Document changes, updates, and status of incidents transparently and consistently.
  • Monitor system health, identify recurring problems, and suggest preventive actions.

  • Strong understanding of L1/L2 technical support workflows
  • Experience using ticketing and incident management systems
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to troubleshoot data-related and access management issues
  • Knowledge of deployment processes, sprint management, and backlog tracking
  • Exposure to BI/Dashboard tools and data access systems is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • 3–6 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in Data Analytics or Information Management domains
