As a Software Development Engineer II – Digital Acceleration at Amazon Bangalore, you will:

• Build large-scale distributed systems that handle billions of digital transactions yearly.
• Design and implement automation frameworks that enhance system performance, reliability, and operational processes.
• Drive initiatives in reliability engineering, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance of mission-critical systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for digital commerce, subscriptions, and content delivery.
• Implement and manage automation workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve system uptime.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and introduce system-level improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code using Java or equivalent languages.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (excluding internships).
• 2+ years of experience in system architecture/design patterns, with a focus on availability, latency, and scalability.

• Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
• Prior experience working in video games, digital content, or similar high-traffic digital services.
