📌 About the Role
As a Conflict Check Executive in the Reputation & Risk Office (RRO) at Deloitte India, you’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring the firm complies with global conflict-checking policies. You’ll work cross-functionally with engagement teams, enabling ethical business practices and compliance in all client interactions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict checks for non-assurance services engagements.
- Evaluate potential conflicts of interest in alignment with global policies.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Document conflict-check processes and decisions for audit-readiness.
- Provide customer-centric support to internal teams across geographies.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams as needed.
- Participate in compliance-related assignments and internal audits.
- Report key risk indicators and provide conflict insights to leadership.
✅ Required Skills
- 1+ years’ experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Legal Operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration within distributed teams.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to error-free execution.
- Ability to handle multiple conflict-check requests in parallel.
