Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Strategy and Architecture Manager, your key duties include:
- Lead and deliver Technology Strategy and Architecture (TSA) engagements for diverse clients.
- Develop enterprise-wide IT architecture blueprints aligned with business goals.
- Drive technology transformation initiatives supporting digital innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions.
- Analyze client technology landscapes to identify gaps and recommend modern architecture frameworks.
- Guide teams in implementing cloud architecture, microservices, and emerging technologies.
- Influence client decision-makers through effective communication and presentations.
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and client relationship management.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality to ensure successful engagements.
Skills & Competencies
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT transformation.
- Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of DevOps, microservices architecture, and API management.
- Proven leadership skills in managing technology consulting teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications
