Key Responsibilities

- Assess passenger claims based on EU 261 compliance standards.
- Determine eligibility by analyzing operational disruptions.
🛠 Flight Operations Data Analysis
- Gather and review critical data: flight logs, METAR/TAF weather reports, NOTAMs, ATC records.
- Identify root causes of delays or cancellations, including technical faults and weather-related events.
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal airline departments:
- Flight dispatch
- Ground handling
- Maintenance control
- Flight crew
📋 Regulatory & Legal Compliance
- Ensure decisions align with:
- EU 261
- EASA
- ICAO
- Local CAA standards and internal airline policies
🔍 Real-Time Disruption Monitoring
- Proactively assess potential claim scenarios during live operations.
- Flag liabilities and initiate claims handling procedures efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate with IATA certification or Diploma in Aviation.
- Experience in airline operations such as:
- Flight planning or dispatch
- Ground operations
- Maintenance control
- ATC coordination
- Strong knowledge of:
- EU aviation regulations
- Airline disruption management and compensation policies
- Proficient in:
- Reading aviation weather data
- Interpreting technical logs, delay codes, and incident reports
