Key Responsibilities
As an Associate – Controls Room UAT Governance, you will:
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for operational risk systems throughout the SDLC.
- Examine business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases to ensure functional and technical readiness.
- Govern UAT readiness, including release scope, test case availability, and required information for testers.
- Chair triage calls and collaborate with business and technology teams to resolve testing issues.
- Create detailed work plans to sequence UAT activities and track progress against timelines.
- Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring alignment with senior management and project staff.
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments as needed, and escalate issues promptly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Management/Finance or Bachelor’s in Commerce/Accounts (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in UAT, project management, or program management.
- Working knowledge of Test Management tools like QTest and ALM.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience with JIRA.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
- Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and maintain documentation accuracy and completeness.
