Key Responsibilities

As an ESG Finance Product Owner VP, you will:

• Lead creation and maintenance of the quarterly product roadmap, covering functional and non-functional deliverables.
• Drive Book of Work (BoW) planning, including brainstorming, prioritization, and JIRA orchestration.
• Organize program teams for consistent sprint prioritization aligned with quarterly objectives.
• Oversee Data Requirements Documents (DRD) and Data Model Documentation to ensure high-quality, fit-for-consumption ESG data.
• Lead requirements for data onboarding, ESG ETL processes, and reporting logic, ensuring smooth implementation in cloud architectures.
• Deliver updates and high-quality materials for project governance forums.
• Provide leadership across teams and a matrix environment, guiding ESG program stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive experience in agile principles, frameworks, and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in data solutions, analytics, or financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Capable of leading across departments, geographies, and implementing organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or product owner experience, ideally in Finance or Data.
• Understanding of Finance/Accounting processes, ESG data, or controller reporting.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, SharePoint, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, ESG data modeling, and reporting technology.
