Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP UI5/Fiori implementations across greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid SAP landscapes.
- Serve as a techno-functional lead, gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and scalable solutions.
- Design and develop custom SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5, OData, and BTP services (CAP/RAP).
- Integrate Fiori apps with S/4HANA and other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PM, HR).
- Collaborate with functional consultants to identify UX improvement opportunities.
- Mentor and manage teams of SAP developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to coding and UI/UX standards.
- Conduct performance tuning, UI testing, and accessibility enhancements using standard tools.
- Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of Fiori apps on SAP Launchpad and BTP.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, and technical proposals.
- Stay updated with SAP UX roadmap, Fiori Elements, SAP Build Apps, and emerging SAP technologies.
Skills Required
- Expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori, OData services, S/4HANA, and BTP.
- Hands-on experience in ABAP (CDS, BOPF, RAP), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of SAP functional modules (MM, SD, FI, PM, HR).
- Solid UX/UI design skills with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Experience with Agile delivery models and tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills for global consulting environments.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, SAP Build Apps (Low-code/No-code).
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP CAP and RAP.
- SAP certifications in UX/Fiori or S/4HANA.
- Experience managing offshore/onsite teams in global delivery models.
- Prior consulting experience in Big Four or global system integrator environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP environments, focusing on UI5/Fiori and S/4HANA.
- Proven track record in leading SAP application projects and functional-technical integration.
