About the Role

As an Assistant Director in EY-Parthenon, you will lead teams in delivering strategic growth, market entry, and corporate strategy solutions. You will leverage EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks to advise clients on capital allocation, investment strategies, and portfolio optimization across industries. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic foresight, ensuring high-impact recommendations and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy consulting engagements with a focus on growth, market entry, and portfolio optimization.
• Spearhead teams to provide solutions for unstructured client problems.
• Conduct corporate strategy studies, business model redesigns, and commercial strategy development.
• Support business development activities by guiding pursuits and strengthening client relationships.
• Contribute to intellectual capital creation within your sector.
• Participate in firm-building responsibilities including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and senior leadership for strategic alignment.

Experience and Skills for Success

• Expertise in growth strategy, market entry assessment, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong background in strategic options studies, portfolio/corporate strategy, and commercial strategy.
• Ability to drive digital and innovation strategies for clients.
• Clear articulation, structured problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with global clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executing strategy consulting engagements and delivering strategic insights.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, and basic knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus.
• MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier-1 B-School, CFA or CA charter holder.
• Experience in Big Four consulting firms or large research/strategy firms.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Project management experience for large-scale strategy engagements.
• Exposure to advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Alteryx.
