The GST Transition Senior Manager is responsible for the successful landing and management of deals, including planning, governance, risk assessment, and execution for Managed Services portfolios such as:
- Risk & Fin Crime
- Grants & Learning Managed Services
- Tech, Cyber & Point Solutions
- TFO, GCR, Payroll & Mobility
- ESG & Sustainability
- Finance Managed Services
The role also emphasizes mentorship, strategic guidance, and thought leadership, ensuring teams are equipped for digital-led and AI-enabled transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition Execution: Lead strategic deal transitions, ensuring smooth implementation of capabilities and realization of business outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Drive client-focused conversations, foster strong relationships, and align solutions to client needs.
- Program & Portfolio Management: Manage transition costs, margins, and tools while overseeing a team of 10–14 members.
- Strategic & Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver digital, AI-enabled solutions during transitions.
- Risk & Compliance: Assess risks within transitions and implement mitigation plans.
- Mentorship: Coach junior team members on transition skills, fostering development and leadership.
- Thought Leadership: Provide insights, innovation, and recommendations for continuous improvement of transition processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in transition strategy, planning, and execution, with a proven track record of managing successful transitions.
- Experience in Managed Services technologies and solutions.
