As a Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll lead a team of analysts to deliver accurate forecasting, robust business insights, and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple business units.
  • Drive financial performance reviews, analyzing trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee spend management and cost optimization programs.
  • Present financial insights and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, promoting continuous improvement and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure financial compliance, governance, and operational excellence across all FP&A activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior exposure to professional services, BFSI, or shared services environments.
