About Global SL Finance – FP&A

The Global FP&A team at EY works across service lines and regions to provide strategic financial insights, drive business analytics, and enable effective decision-making. The team supports service line leadership by analyzing trends, developing business models, and recommending performance-enhancing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Director – FP&A, your core responsibilities will include:

• Analyse complex business challenges and deliver transformative financial insights.
• Interpret strategic outlooks to support decision-making and business impact assessments.
• Develop business models and forecasts to support global service line strategies.
• Leverage financial and non-financial data, AI, and advanced analytics tools to provide actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including process automation and digitalization.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain proactive engagement with global SL leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong experience in strategy, analytics, or business modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning applications for finance.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, FR/Markets/Revenue Analyzer, ThoughtSpot).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and convey insights clearly to senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Proactive, curious, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and manage global projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate or professional certification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Proven experience in corporate FP&A, financial modeling, or business analytics.
• Familiarity with digital finance tools, AI-driven analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.
