Deloitte India is hiring a Manager – Oracle Cloud Finance to lead Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementations across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations across modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and sub-ledgers.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders for solution design.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud modules.
- Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants throughout design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Oversee integration, data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
- Act as primary client point-of-contact for finance functional matters.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and business process standards.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, SLA.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), statutory reporting, and compliance.
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud data migration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to design Chart of Accounts (COA), ledgers, business units, and legal entities in Oracle Cloud.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Experience in ERP Cloud Finance projects with multi-module integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Financials with 5+ Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Finance modules and ERP deployment best practices.
