Summary
EY is seeking an experienced IT Risk and Compliance Manager for our Protect Tech – Risk Consulting team in Bengaluru. This client-facing role is ideal for professionals with expertise in IT Internal Controls, IT SOX, IT Audits, and IT Risk Management. You will lead engagements, supervise teams, and help global clients enhance IT control environments while leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Cloud, and RPA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Internal Control engagements and supervise teams across geographies.
- Develop, implement, and test IT general controls, application controls, IPE, and interface controls.
- Conduct IT risk assessments for SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Perform SOC1/SOC2 reviews and IT infrastructure & architecture assessments.
- Identify control gaps, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities; propose actionable remediation plans.
- Collaborate with clients, internal audit, IT security, and business stakeholders to enhance IT risk posture.
- Support business development activities, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Utilize emerging technologies like AI/ML, Cloud, RPA to build innovative IT risk solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years overall, with 3–4 years in IT Risk and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ITGC frameworks, IT SOX, COSO, COBIT, ISO, NIST, and other compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with IT audits, internal controls implementation, risk assessment, and SOC reporting.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Cloud, AI/ML, RPA.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and client management skills.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, ISO 27001 are a plus.
