Key Responsibilities
Oracle Identity Management & IAM
- Develop, configure, and implement OIG solutions to meet client requirements.
- Design and manage identity lifecycle management processes using OIG.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies, standards, and best practices.
Project Collaboration & Delivery
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and project teams.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated with latest OIG features, IAM trends, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve identity management processes and efficiencies.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives for access governance and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and IAM best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python, PowerShell.
- Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior team members.
- OIG certification is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in IAM implementation and cybersecurity projects.
