Summary

Deloitte South Asia LLP is seeking an experienced Manager – Generative AI, AI/ML, and Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role focuses on Generative AI models, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational chatbots, and deep learning applications, leveraging cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.

As a Generative AI Manager, you will mentor teams, drive AI innovation, and collaborate with clients to implement scalable, high-performance AI solutions. Ideal candidates have expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI deployment using frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models, NLP applications, and conversational chatbots.
• Build advanced AI pipelines using Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Apply CNN, GAN, Transformer, Encoder-Decoder architectures, and other AI/ML methods for image and language-based solutions.

Cloud Deployment & Integration

• Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Leverage cloud-native tools and best practices for scalable AI implementations.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and guide AI/ML developers, promoting best practices, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Provide thought leadership on Generative AI, NLP, and advanced AI techniques.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct AI solution workshops, technical presentations, and pre-sales support.
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client objectives.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Introduce innovative approaches and frameworks to strengthen Deloitte’s AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and AI application deployment.
• Knowledge of LangChain, Langraph, and AI/ML orchestration tools.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work across multiple AI projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deep Learning for image generation/classification using CNNs, GANs, or Transformer models.
• Prior consulting experience in AI/ML or Generative AI projects for enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI development and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
