Key Responsibilities
SAP Development Leadership
- Lead development projects in ABAP RAP, SAP UI5, and SAP HANA environments.
- Architect efficient, modular, and scalable SAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for SAP applications.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Manage and mentor a team of ABAP and UI5 developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and innovation.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead client workshops, pre-sales activities, and technical presentations.
Agile & DevOps Enablement
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in SAP development projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development milestones.
Innovation & Technology Adoption
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Evangelize SAP innovations, including cloud-native development, SAP Fiori Elements, and Smart Controls, within the team.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on expertise in ABAP RAP, SAP UI5, and SAP HANA database development.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, CDS views, OData services, and UI5 frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading SAP development teams and delivering complex projects.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, cloud-native development, and integration scenarios.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines in SAP environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Controls development.
- Exposure to SAP Cloud SDK and multi-cloud deployment strategies.
- Prior consulting experience with a Big Four or global professional services firm.
