Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – SAP CFIN, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations, ensuring end-to-end project delivery.
- Configure and manage SAP FI/CO modules: New GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting.
- Handle Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and CO-PA configurations.
- Manage CFIN configuration, mapping, initial load, reconciliation, and replication; awareness of SLT setup.
- Perform initial load of FI, secondary cost documents, cost objects, WBS, CO-PA, and PCA documents.
- Configure and oversee Central Payments processes.
- Lead support projects and manage large teams (40+ resources).
- Ensure high-quality communication, stakeholder management, and reporting throughout project life cycle.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in clients’ financial systems.
Skills Required
- Expertise in SAP FI/CO and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
- Experience with New GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting.
- Strong understanding of CFIN configuration, mapping, reconciliation, replication, and SLT setup.
- Leadership experience managing large teams (40+ resources).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Ability to influence and mentor team members while driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech).
- Experience: 9+ years in SAP with at least 3 years in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Strong track record in SAP FI/CO modules, cost and profit center accounting, and SAP CFIN project delivery.
- Proven leadership skills in team management, talent development, and client engagement.
