Role Overview
As a SAP FICO Manager at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver financial and controlling solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO modules with MM, SD, and Project Systems.
- Drive financial process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO project implementations, including S/4HANA migrations.
- Configure and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, and Project Systems.
- Integrate FICO modules with Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Project Systems (PS).
- Implement Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) processes.
- Support Power Utilities projects and other industry-specific FICO requirements.
- Provide guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and SAP team members.
Skills & Experience Required
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 4 full-cycle implementation projects (excluding support).
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, CIN compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Hands-on experience in AR/AP, Cost Accounting, Project Systems, FSCM.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP FICO is mandatory.
- Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, CA, or MBA (Finance/Cost Accounting).
- Prior experience in finance-heavy industries or utilities projects.
