About the Role
As a Senior Manager – Business Consulting Risk, you will help clients identify, assess, and manage risks to support sustainable business growth and regulatory compliance. You will work across sectors, including IT/ITeS, telecom, manufacturing, retail, financial services, insurance, and healthcare, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations for enterprise-wide risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with colleagues from other EY service lines.
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to EY thought leadership initiatives.
- Represent EY at industry conferences, networking events, and forums to explore business opportunities.
- Plan engagement teams, review progress, and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk guidelines.
- Package findings into concise, actionable reports and present to client Audit Committees.
- Mentor and coach team members, supporting career growth and technical excellence.
- Drive operational efficiency, internal initiatives, and recruitment programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong expertise in enterprise risk, technology risk, or financial services risk management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, deliver practical solutions, and maintain high-quality outcomes.
