Key Responsibilities

• Support the Mortgage Solutions Product team with release management and product testing.
• Coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth launches with Client Advisory, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Manage the product roadmap, adapting to changing business and client needs.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance and testing for all product features throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply agile methodologies, including story mapping, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stand-ups.
• Develop user stories aligned with product features, ensuring Definition of Ready (DoR) and overseeing delivery to meet Definition of Done (DoD).
• Communicate testing progress, release status, and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Support Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and user adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product support, release management, testing, or technology roles.
• Basic understanding of software release cycles, testing principles, and financial services.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing methods to improve product quality.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and VISIO/Lucid.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Interest in release management, software testing, and mortgage/lending industry products.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Experience supporting product development in a financial services or digital mortgage environment.
