Key Responsibilities

As an AI Automation Architect at EY, you will:

• Collaborate with EY Supply Chain & Operations stakeholders and data engineering teams for data curation and AI pipelines.
• Design, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI models using LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Deploy AI/ML models across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge devices for scalability.
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines including CI/CD workflows, model monitoring, and retraining strategies.
• Perform benchmarking, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization for improved model efficiency.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into business workflows using APIs and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Lead architectural decisions, mentor AI developers, and provide technical leadership on large-scale projects.
• Stay updated on AI innovations and apply best practices to client solutions.

Skills & Attributes for Success

The ideal candidate should have:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and MLOps.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Expertise in LLMs (GPT-4, LLAMA, T5, Bloom, DALL-E) and prompt engineering.
• Strong experience in data pipelines (Spark, Snowflake, Databricks) and ETL processes.
• Cloud deployment skills with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, GCP Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of SQL, PySpark, Docker, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow.
• Understanding of customer and supply chain business processes.
• Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in ML, MLOps, Generative AI, and AI architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of data modeling, vector databases, and cloud architecture.
• Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
