Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights for client partners.
- Interpret data and analyses to provide recommendations for business and healthcare decisions.
- Lead complex reporting and analytics projects, including meeting facilitation and project plan management.
- Collaborate with clients and business partners to create use cases, supporting documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with technology teams to investigate system performance and resolve data quality issues.
- Proactively manage project deliverables and facilitate problem-solving when obstacles arise.
- Perform additional analytics duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
- 3+ years of experience developing PowerBI dashboards.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL query development.
- 2+ years working with enterprise data warehouse environments.
- 2+ years in a healthcare organization (provider, payer, or similar).
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to self-direct and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare data analytics projects.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or cross-functional project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
