Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and run data reports for growth targets, revenue analyses, solution penetrations, and go-to-market scorecards.
- Support Data Analytics & Insight colleagues with actionable insights for business strategy.
- Ensure all list select activities are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
- Document project information to facilitate back-end research and analysis.
- Assist in standardizing reporting processes across business units and regions.
- Perform data validation and error-checking to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide support for ad hoc queries and special projects to drive business initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting tools; SQL or scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to interpret complex data and deliver insights for business decision-making.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid team environment.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering within deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within insurance, risk advisory, or consulting sectors.
- Familiarity with standard reporting frameworks and processes.
